Schedule: Evenings and weekends (Sun–Thu, Mon–Fri 10am–6pm, Tue–Sat 3pm–11pm)
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Digital Operations Center Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Digital Operations Center. This role ensures seamless delivery of live games, streaming, and digital platforms, while driving operational excellence through effective incident management, vendor coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise live game and streaming operations, executing manual interventions and using data to drive issue escalation protocols.
- Act as Incident Lead for high-impact issues, managing bridges, documenting incidents, and leading debriefs to strengthen processes.
- Manage scheduling of Level 1 support teams, assigning monitoring responsibilities, and coordinating product release updates.
- Partner with Product Development, Content, and Media Technology teams to identify flaws and lead bug triage sessions.
- Write and maintain runbooks and operational documentation to standardize best practices.
- Collaborate with Digital Operations leadership on day-to-day priorities and long-term strategy.
- Build partnerships with teams across apps, websites, and streaming platforms to ensure quality and alignment.
- Serve as escalation point for vendor relationships and client-facing issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a NOC Supervisor, Digital Operations Center Manager, or Supervisor of Incident Management.
- Strong background in real-time incident management, crisis response, and leading cross-functional bridges.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA (issue tracking), Confluence (documentation & collaboration), Bitmovin (video streaming workflows), New Relic (application performance monitoring), and Postman (API testing).
- Experience supporting live streaming, digital media, or consumer-facing platforms.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to coordinate across internal teams and external vendors.
- Skilled in creating runbooks, scheduling, and leading teams in high-pressure operational environments.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varied schedules aligned with live event needs.
