  • Analyze category spend data and market trends to identify opportunities for cost optimization, innovation, and performance improvement.
  • Monitor and help maintain the Telecom Expense Management (TEM) solution, ensuring accurate spend visibility and operational consistency.
  • Assist in managing relationships with key telecom providers and integrators, helping track service levels, compliance, and risk.

  • Comfortable working with data and facts to support rational decision-making; able to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Proficient in producing high-quality outputs, including category strategy documents, sourcing plans, PowerPoint presentations, Excel-based models, and structured reports or summaries.
  • Excellent time management and responsiveness, especially when managing multiple priorities in an externally supported or remote working model.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project scopes, attend meetings across time zones, and take on assignments with short lead times when needed.
  • Willingness to travel or work in varying client environments, where applicable, though scope and frequency may vary based on engagement needs.

Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, PhD) or equivalent practical experience preferred.
