Overview & Experience:

* IT Product Owner for HRIS to oversee the development and enhancement of HRIS products and platforms.

* 8+ years experience working with HRIS .

* Workday and/or Ceridian HRIS implementation experience.

* Manage product strategy, project execution, technical expertise, research initiatives, and team leadership to drive successful outcomes.

* Hands on experience leading development teams along with development of HRIS platforms in the cloud, leveraging Agile methods, aligning and communicating across all cross functional stakeholders on HRIS priorities and issues, driving continuous improvement and managing the Incident Management process.

Responsibilities include;

* Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback sessions to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.

* Identify opportunities to leverage and enhance the product features and capabilities to optimize the value and experience for the end users.

* Develop the annual roadmap and budget for the HRIS area and manages costs against approved budget.

* Oversees backlog of requests and prioritizes with necessary IT and business stakeholders.

* Manages end to end lifecycle of the data and reporting technology products from design, development, maintenance through de-commissioning.

* Governs cross functional team members to ensure seamless delivery of planned releases.

* Leverage agile methodologies to drive to regular releases that provide optimal value
