If there’s a game on, Shawn Halloran probably knows the score. A die-hard New York sports fan, he’s always rooting for St. John’s basketball, the Giants, the Knicks, and the Yankees, and he brings that same competitive, team-first mindset to recruiting.
A St. John’s University Political Science graduate, Shawn found his way into recruiting through family and quickly realized he had a natural connection with people in the tech world. With seven years in technical recruiting, he especially enjoys tackling the tough searches, the roles that have been open for months, because solving those challenges feels a lot like pulling out a big win in overtime.
