Robyn Gold

Senior Technical Recruiter

If you’ve worked in IT recruiting long enough to remember when résumés arrived on paper and interviews happened face-to-face, you’ve earned some stories. Robyn has plenty.

Her recruiting journey began back in 1990 after answering a New York Times job ad. At first, reading IT résumés felt like deciphering a foreign language. She even wondered if she’d ever get the hang of it. Fast forward more than three decades, and she’s become one of those recruiters people remember, the one who genuinely cares.

For Robyn, recruiting has always been about trust. Her job is to get candidates up to bat, prepare them for success, and give them the opportunity to knock it out of the park. Whether she’s helping a recent graduate take the next step or giving someone who’s been out of work a fresh start, nothing compares to hearing the excitement, and sometimes happy tears, when she delivers the news that they got the job.

When she’s not matching top IT talent with great opportunities, you’ll find her dancing at a concert, sharpening her Mahjong skills as a self-proclaimed “advanced beginner,” or scrolling TikTok for recipes she’s convinced will be amazing…until they’re not.

After navigating Y2K, the mortgage crisis, and a pandemic, Robyn knows one thing never changes: talented IT professionals are always be in demand, and helping people build meaningful careers never gets old.
