Grace recently graduated from Towson University with a degree in Marketing and officially entered the exciting world of adulthood…where your calendar fills up, your inbox never stops, and somehow everyone expects you to know what a 401(k) is.
Thankfully, she landed at RedStream.
As Recruiting Coordinator, Grace keeps everything moving behind the scenes while learning the ins and outs of technical recruiting. She enjoys seeing how all the pieces come together and is excited to continue growing in the industry while supporting both recruiters and candidates every step of the way.
Outside of work, Grace is basically a walking Bravo encyclopedia. Whether it’s The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, Summer House, Love Island, or the glory days of Vanderpump Rules, she’s probably already watched it…and definitely has opinions.
She’s also entered her workout era. If you’ve heard of Solidcore, she’ll happily tell you it’s painfully expensive…but somehow worth every sore muscle. When she’s not in class, she’s making a conscious effort to branch out from ordering the exact same meal at every restaurant (growth comes in many forms), trying new food spots with friends, scrolling through pop culture updates, or listening to Lana Del Rey and Sabrina Carpenter on repeat.
