Eric has been recruiting since 2012, which means he’s survived hiring booms, hiring freezes, impossible job descriptions, a global pandemic and enough “I forgot I had an interview” moments to write a book.
His career started with a boutique recruiting firm, while simultaneously pulling double duty as a managed service provider supporting a busy hospital. Keeping a 24/7 healthcare environment fully staffed came with plenty of unforgettable stories (some of which probably shouldn’t be repeated on the company website). After working his way up into management and making the move to Manhattan, working for a few tech recruiting firms along the way, Eric found his home with RedStream Technology.
Ask Eric what he loves most about recruiting, and it isn’t resumes; it’s people. He genuinely enjoys getting to know what motivates someone, what gets them excited to start Monday morning, and what their dream job actually looks like. Helping people get there is the best part of his day.
When he’s not recruiting, Eric is usually talking sports. He’s such a devoted New York Jets fan that he gave his son the middle name Jett. (Priorities.) He also enjoys checking out New York City’s latest foodie hot spots with his wife, although those adventures have become a little less frequent since becoming a dad. If you’re looking for a recommendation, ask him about Da Toscano, because Italian food is in fact, life!
