A former Rutgers University basketball captain, Chuck has spent the last 27 years leading recruiting and delivery teams in IT staffing. While the jersey may have changed, the mindset hasn’t. Teamwork, preparation, discipline, and showing up every day ready to compete are still at the center of everything he does.
For Chuck, recruiting has always been about more than filling jobs. It’s about solving problems for clients, creating opportunities for candidates, and doing a little good every single day.
