Contract Role
Responsibilities:
- Conduct needs analysis to determine the knowledge gap and assess requirements
- Design and development multi-modal learning solutions
- Write instructional materials for technical learning in the form of step-by-step documentation, etc.
- Curate and customize content from partners and vendors to meet specific business needs
- Facilitate instructor-led programs (virtual/in-person) and presentations to a variety of audiences in the client's community
- Draft company-wide communications regarding technical changes and updates
- Work effectively with a highly collaborative team
- Develop high-quality templates and processes for learning solutions
- Keep current with industry trends to ensure learning solutions are innovative and modern
- Evaluate learning solutions for effectiveness and impact, in close collaboration with the User Experience team
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years experience developing and facilitating virtual and in-person training and learning solutions.
- Prior customer service or project management experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in education, instructional design or communications is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write and present engaging and clear technical instructions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and comfortable learning and using new technology platforms.
- Experience with or knowledge of learning management system administration is preferred.
- A passion for innovative thinking and the ability to contribute creative ideas to improve user engagement and technology adoption.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and clarity in all communications and documentation.
