Duration: 6–12 month contract
RedStream Technology is partnering with a global retail organization undergoing large-scale enterprise transformation and looking to bring on a Change Management Specialist to support critical system and process initiatives.

- Participate in governance forums (Steering Committees, Change Control Boards)
What They’re Looking For
- Proven experience supporting enterprise technology transformations (ERP, SAP, Salesforce, etc.)
- Strong background in OCM tied to system-driven change (not just comms/training)
- Experience driving change strategy, stakeholder engagement, and business readiness
- Comfortable working in cross-functional, IT/PMO-led environments
- Experience in retail, manufacturing, distribution, or shared services environments preferred
- Familiarity with adoption metrics, post-go-live support, and continuous improvement
Nice to Have
