Multimedia Manager, Audience Development & Innovation
1 Year Contract – Hybrid in New York City

Overview:
You’ll join a group of publishing, marketing, and audience development professionals within our Client's Reach and Engagement function. This is a newly created role focused on shaping how video content reaches audiences across YouTube and other social platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with teams across Global Publishing, Social, Editorial, Design, and Analytics.

As the Multimedia Manager, you’ll lead the hands-on creation and publishing of video and social content, with a strong focus on YouTube and video-first storytelling. This includes working across long-form videos, podcasts, Shorts, clips, thumbnails, metadata, and promotional copy to help grow and optimize audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day publishing of video content across YouTube and social platforms
  • Create, upload, and schedule videos, including Shorts and clips
  • Write titles, descriptions, and apply tagging best practices
  • Partner with designers on thumbnails and creative assets
  • Identify high-impact moments from long-form content and turn them into short-form assets
  • Monitor performance analytics and recommend optimizations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and high-performing channel

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 4–6 years of experience in social media, digital, or video content
  • Strong experience creating and optimizing short-form video (Shorts, Reels, etc.)
  • Experience managing YouTube or similar platforms
  • Strong writing and content packaging skills (titles, captions, hooks)
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams
  • Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
